Le Faite Saint Mont Rouge

Tasting Notes:
Ample and structured, this wine develops an aromatic complexity of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) and licorice stick highlighted by a subtly toasted note. After 5 to 7 years, it will develop aromas of undergrowth, bitter chocolate and noble leather around a great freshness on the palate.
Pairing:
country ham, duck breast stuffed with mushrooms or even mature cheeses
