Tasting Notes: It is a 100% Chardonnay, with a very pretty nose with notes of toasted hazelnut, citrus, with a creamy, buttery and toasted bread note. The palate is round, ample, with a return of brioche aromas, linked to aging in barrels. The whole is very pleasant and perfectly balanced by a slight bitterness which straightens the wine on the finish.
