Over 20 years in the restaurant business to include management positions responsible for creating full beverage and wine lists. Having since transitioned to the sales side of the industry Lori has found her restaurant experience in purchasing, wine pairing and creative cocktail knowledge brings a balance to both on and off premise accounts working to place products at correct locations.
